Order Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will promptly notify you and refund the total amount using the original payment method.

Delivery Location

We currently only offer delivery to physical addresses within South Africa. We regret to inform you that we do not ship outside of South Africa at this time.

Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. These times are provided as a guide and are subject to order acceptance and approval.

Order Fulfillment

We make every effort to fulfill your order within 3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding holidays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier practices, delivery location, shipping method, and the items ordered. In some cases, products may be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the chosen delivery method. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. Any additional charges will be communicated on the checkout page.

Damaged Items in Transit

If you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@tynas.co.za. We will promptly address any concerns and assist you accordingly.
